Monica Juscen

Monica joined Commonwealth Land Trust in early 2022 as Chief Financial Officer and brings decades of financial and operational experience concentrated in the hospitality industry, with close parallels to the mission of CLT on many levels. She is passionate about supporting the local community through CLT’s mission to address the housing and other needs of the most vulnerable residents of the Commonwealth.

As CFO, Monica oversees the financial reporting responsibilities of the Trust and serves as a member of the Executive Leadership Team focusing on the long-term strategy of CLT.

Monica received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst from the Isenberg School of Management.
