Elise Ranger

Clinical Program Director

Elise started as CLT’s Clinical Program Director in November 2018. She directly supervises the Medical Case Management team, serves as a member of CLT’s executive leadership team, collects and analyzes data to ensure compliance and guide decision making, maintains strong partnerships with other community providers, and provides clinical consultation to staff and residents. Elise feels the most rewarding aspect of her job is “working with my team to provide compassionate and trauma-informed care so people can live successfully in their homes.”

Elise earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Michigan State University and her Master’s degree in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago. Prior to joining CLT, she worked for 7 years in various roles with Youth Villages, including providing clinical support to at-risk children and families in their homes and overseeing the clinical team at a residential treatment facility for adolescent girls. She grew up in Michigan (hence her Midwestern accent) and currently resides with her husband and three children in Boston.
