Brenda Wilson
Director of Housing
Brenda has worked in housing management and housing compliance for close to thirty years, for both housing authorities and private management firms prior to coming to CLT in 2018.
For the first twelve of those years, Brenda oversaw/ensured compliance (physical plant and resident documentation and processing) with State and Federal government funders for Rhode Island Housing. For the next sixteen years, Brenda was a property manager for property management firms such as HallKeen, Peabody, and Trinity.
Brenda maintains formal industry certifications as an Accredited Residential Manager, Certified Occupancy Specialist, and Certified Credit Compliance Professional.
