CHELSEA APARTMENTS

 

 

In 1997, Commonwealth Land Trust acquired forty-three apartments (1-3 bedroom units) in Chelsea in cooperation with Chelsea’s Commission on Hispanic Affairs (La Comision de Asuntos Hispanos de Chelsea). Chelsea is one of the most densely populated cities in Massachusetts and the availability of affordable housing is integral to its continued development and revitalization. Chelsea Apartments are located within walking distance to stores, parks, and public transportation. Units are available to formerly homeless and low-income families. Property management is provided by the Mackin Group.
