See the people, stories, and milestones that have shaped our journey and the bright future we’re building together. Letter from the CEO on Our 40th Anniversary Dear Friends, As we celebrate 40 years of Commonwealth Land Trust, I’m filled with gratitude for all who have made this milestone possible. From our earliest days, CLT has been dedicated to providing stable housing and vital support for those most in need – and our new property at Warren Street is a powerful symbol of that mission in action today. This new chapter honors our past while looking toward the future. Warren Street is more than housing; it’s a place where community grows and lives are transformed. With your continued support, we’re ready to meet the challenges ahead and build on 40 years of impact. I hope you’ll join us on November 19 to celebrate our history, our residents, and the bright future we’re creating together. With gratitude,Iva Comey, President & CEO ![]() CONGRATS to Our Employee of the Quarter, Cesar! In response to recommendations from CLT’s new Wellness Committee, a review committee recommended Cesar for our first Employee of the Quarter Award. One of our favorite case managers, Cesar went above and beyond to expand the food pantry at our largest property. Thank you, Cesar, for all you do to help our clients and make CLT a great place to work! ![]() Nearly 20,000 of our neighbors in Massachusetts are unhoused—and this number is likely an undercount.
