Commonwealth Land Trust staff works as a team to provide housing and on-site supportive services to formerly homeless individuals and families. Unlike many affordable housing agencies, CLT manages every branch of our organization. We rely heavily on collaboration and each department plays an integral part in furthering our mission. Many of our staff members have decades of experience in the areas of affordable housing development, case management, homelessness outreach, HIV/AIDS service provision, and the law. We are passionate about the work we do and we value the opportunity to make a difference in our residents’ lives and in our communities.
