Commonwealth Land Trust announces the availability of 5 new-to-market, income-restricted, single-room-occupancy rental units at 123 Crawford Street in Dorchester, MA, under the Massachusetts Rental Voucher Program.

 

Maximum Income for applicants is $25,400 (30% of the Boston Area Median Income).

 

123 Crawford Street is a 22-unit Single Room Occupancy (“SRO”) building owned and managed by Commonwealth Land Trust, a nonprofit housing provider working to break the cycle of homelessness for individuals by establishing a residential environment where residents can receive support from one another as well as on-site support staff and professionally trained case managers.

 

A Public Information Session will be held Monday, August 23, 3:30PM-4:30PM, at:

Applications are available until September 10, 2021 and must be either submitted online or mailed and postmarked by that date.
